About the action planner
The action planner has three levels of progress in achieving full
compliance with mandatory requirements, as set out in the following table.
| Level of progress |
Description |
| Implementation |
The healthcare facility does not have an implementation
process in place. The safety of staff and patients is at risk. The
healthcare facility cannot remain at this level. |
| Compliance |
The implementation program sets out actions
to progress full compliance with the mandatory requirements. Twelve
months at this level is long enough. |
| Leadership |
The healthcare facility complies fully with the legislative
and mandatory requriements. |
