Evaluation of the Safety Improvement Program in NSW

The Evaluation of the Safety Improvement Program in NSW was completed in September 2005 as a component of the Knowledge Management Strategy for the Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Program. The evaluation was conducted on behalf of the NSW Department of Health by the Centre for Clinical Governance Research (CCGR), UNSW, in consultation with health services and the Clinical Excellence Commission and indicated a 90 per cent satisfaction with the implementation of the program.
