The NSW Department of Health Statewide Medication Safety Committee is responsible for advising NSW Health regarding:

• Medication safety risk management and performance measurement
• Medication safety policy requirements
• Implementation of medication safety policy
• The use of tools to improve medication safety (including information technology)
• Quality use of medicines guidelines and their implementation
• Allocation of resources to support medication safety initiatives

Meeting documents will be distributed one week prior to the meeting in our secure website (username and password required).
