Training and education

The following training and education materials include PowerPoint presentations, facilitators' manuals, and a link to the Online Learning Centre for one-on-one, interactive training in Open Disclosure. These materials provide an overview of Open Disclosure for frontline clinical staff, clinical managers, and corporate services staff. The Online Learning Centre modules are self-paced and include a quiz and evaluation at the end.

To access it:

  1. Click Online Learning Centre.
  2. Click on register.
  3. Click on the the module that you want to do, and happy learning!

Interns, residents, nurses, allied health workers.

Wards persons, hospitality and catering staff, transport officers, receptionists—staff who are on the frontline, but are not health workers.
