Impact Assessment Statement
Summary
The Impact Assessment Statement has been prepared to discuss the details of the proposed Public Health (Code of Conduct for Certain Health Practitioners) Regulation 2011 and to give interested parties an opportunity to make submissions on the proposed Regulation. Comments or submissions on the proposed regulation can be sent to legalmail@doh.health.nsw.gov.au. Comments and submissions will be accepted until 9 September 2011.
