Information Sharing Protocol with CSNSW
Summary
The Mental Health (Forensic Provisions) Act 1990 allows information sharing and security protocols to be entered in respect of forensic and correctional patients by the Director-General of the Department of Health and the Director-General of the Department of Human Services (in respect of juvenile forensic and correctional patients) and the Commissioner of Corrective Services (in repsect of adult forensic and correctional patients)
