Nursing and Midwifery 2009 Postgraduate Scholarship Application Form

Summary

The NSW Nursing and Midwifery Scholarship Fund provides postgraduate scholarships to support the recruitment and retention of nurses and midwives within the NSW public health system.

Scholarships are available in 2009 to eligible permanent full time or part time registered nurses or registered midwives employed and currently working in NSW public health. The scholarships are to assist with educational expenses directly associated with postgraduate study.

The number of scholarships allocated is subject to total funds available within the 2009 postgraduate scholarship budget. Applicants will be subject to cull, based on scholarship criteria. Successful applicants will receive $1,000 per subject, to a maximum of $8,000.

NOTE: APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION WILL BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE FOR A SCHOLARSHIP. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS THE ENROLMENT CONFIRMATION WHICH MUST BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THE APPLICATION CAN BE PROGRESSED.
