Due to the review undertaken of circulars issued since 1968 throughout the public health system, a large number of circulars have been made obsolete. The Patient Matters Manual has been reformatted, with obsolete circulars removed. The Manual is being reissued in stages, the next Chapters are 24 & 25. The rest of the Manual will be reissued in the coming months.
