Due to the review undertaken of circulars issued since 1968 throughout the public health system, a large number of circulars have been made obsolete. The Patient Matters Manual has been reformatted, with obsolete circulars removed. The Manual has been reissued in stages. Chapter 26 is the final chapter. This now completes the reissue of the Patient Matters Manual.
