New South Wales Child Health Networks (NSW CHNs)

GESCHN 

Greater Eastern and Southern CHN (GESCHN) in partnership with the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (Randwick Campus) - Northern Sydney Local Health District (part), South Western Sydney Local Health District (part). South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, Sydney Local Health District, Southern Local Health District, Murrumbidgee Local Health District and ACT Health.

 WCHN

Western CHN (WCHN) in partnership with the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (Westmead Campus) - Far West Local Health District, Western NSW Local Health District, Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, Northern Sydney Local Health District (part), Western Sydney Local Health District(part) and Central Coast Local Health District.

 NCHN

Northern CHN (NCHN) in partnership with the John Hunter Children's Hospital - Hunter New England Local Health District, Mid North Coast Local Health District and Northern NSW Local Health District.

 

Utilising the expertise of clinicians throughout the Networks, the CHNs endeavour to provide the highest quality paediatric health care services in the most appropriate location. This means that all children around NSW, even those living in rural and remote communities, may have access to the required health care, with minimisation of travel times. This is being achieved with the assistance of NSW Health and regular biennial allocations for projects that enhance networking.
