If positive: A public health official will contact you.

If negative: Most results are issued via SMS within 24 hours.  

  • If you have been near someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, you will need to self-isolate for 14 days, even if your COVID-19 test is negative and you feel well.
  • If you have not been near someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 you don’t need to isolate after you receive negative test results. Come back and get tested as soon as you have symptoms again.
