The Notifiable Conditions Information Management System (NCIMS) is a confidential application primarily used by the public health network. NCIMS provides statewide data capture, management and reporting of scheduled medical conditions notifiable under the NSW Public Health Act 2010 from pathology laboratories, general practitioners and hospitals.
