Local health district support

Support is available for Live Life Well @ School through your local health district health promotion service.

Health Promotion Officers from your local health district are available to work closely with schools to help them plan and implement practices that promote physical activity and healthy eating. Health promotion officers can introduce teachers to a range of practical tools, resources and ideas to support physical activity and healthy eating within the PDHPE syllabus and across the whole school context. Contact your local health district to discuss ways that you can implement healthy eating and physical activity strategies at your school. Please refer to Local health district key contact list.

To find which local health district your school belongs to, search for your school in the NSW Health interactive map. Select your school from the search results listing then click on the grey pin next to your school to find the local health district.
