We value recruiting, retaining and developing the skills of registered nurses working within mental health services of the NSW public health system.
We offer scholarships of up to $8,000 to registered nurses who are doing the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) AMHS course.
These scholarships help with educational expenses directly associated with postgraduate study and are open to nurses working in full or part-time permanent positions within mental health services in the NSW public health system.
Scholarships will be offered under the Clinical Studies category.
You can apply for this postgraduate scholarship if you're enrolled to study the AMHS course offered by HETI in 2023.
The AMHS course is specialised in one of the following areas:
If you're doing postgraduate studies offered by other education providers, you should apply for the nursing postgraduate scholarships which open late November 2022.

Scholarships contribute to the cost of courses at the following levels:

She can't apply for a scholarship because the first one was also for Perinatal and Infant, which is the same program of study.
Ms Jones enrols in a Graduate Diploma in 2023 and plans to do the course over three years. If she got $6,000 for study in 2023, she can't apply for another scholarship until 2025.
