Commonwealth COVIDSafe App

NSW Health supports the uptake of the Commonwealth's COVIDSafe App by members of the public to assist with the contact tracing work undertaken by NSW Health staff.

If you have the COVIDSafe App and you are diagnosed with COVID-19, you will be asked to consent to NSW Health accessing the information stored on your phone by the App.

If you consent to NSW Health having access to this information, NSW Health officials will use it to conduct contact tracing.

All the information NSW Health obtains from the App will be held securely and can only be used for contact tracing purposes.
