Only registered users of the Patient Flow Portal and PTS Web can book transport via these channels. Patients and carers cannot make PTS bookings.
The Patient Flow Portal is accessible to NSW Health public hospital users. All registered users of the PFP can book PTS through the portal. This excludes Emergency Departments and Outpatient Clinics.
The PTS Web system is available to Emergency Departments and Outpatient Clinics in public hospital and private medical facilities.

Who is this for?
This booking system is available to all NSW Health hospitals. The system offers ease of booking for users through single screen functionality and automatic population of booking fields from the Patient Administration System. Booking through the Patient Flow Portal further benefits hospitals by allowing for all patient flow activity to be managed through a single platform.
How do I register?
To request access to the PFP follow the steps on the PFP website (for NSW Health staff).
From the website you will be able to request access using your Stafflink ID. If you have any other questions about requesting access please contact your line manager or call the Patient Flow Portal team on 9391 9368 (during business hours).
The PTS Web booking system is eligible for registration to:
- NSW Health public hospital Emergency Departments
- NSW Health public hospital Outpatient Clinics
- Private medical facilities
To register for a user ID and password please print and complete the
NEPT Web Access Request Form.
The form must be signed by a manager in the applicant's organisation and emailed to PTS@health.nsw.gov.au.
The form must be approved by PTS before registration can occur and a user ID issued.

problem does not lie with the local network.
Users requiring assistance making a booking once logged on can contact the Booking Hub on 1300 233 500 between 6am and midnight, 365 days a year.
Health users experiencing problems logging on to the online booking
system or requiring a password reset should contact the State Wide Service Desk
on 1300 285 533. Users in private facilities should contact 1300 233 500.
