Improving access to care

The Whole of Health Program (WOHP) was launched in 2013 to support local health districts and specialty health networks to drive the strategic changes needed to improve access to care and patient flow within NSW public hospitals.

The program enables and facilitates WOHP leaders in developing initiatives and innovative best practices and allows the sharing of experiences. The aim is to improve and expedite the patient journey, achieving positive patient outcomes across their facilities and districts.

The ultimate goal of the program is to improve patient flow and access to care for patients.
