Legal and Regulatory Services provides a comprehensive legal service to the NSW Minister for Health and Medical Research, and also the Minister for Mental Health, Regional Youth and Women. It is also a specialist legal resource for the NSW Health system and prepares the Legislative Program for the NSW Health portfolio.
