Applications close 11:59pm Sunday 22 February 2026.

Applicants must apply for a paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) at Service NSW by Sunday 22 February 2026.

Nursing and Midwifery Office sends the recommended applicants to local health districts and specialty health networks by Friday 27 February 2026

Applicants prepare to bring to interview:​

• a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance number for paid work
• evidence of current immunisation in accordance with NSW Health policy, including evidence of COVID-19
• identification.

March

• Interviews conducted in 2026 between 2 and 22 March 2026.
• All candidates notified of recruitment outcome by Monday 30 March 2026.
