Australian Organ Donor Register: The national register for people to record their decision about becoming an organ and tissue donor for transplantation after death.

Organ and tissue donation in NSW

NSW Organ and Tissue Donation Service: The NSW Organ and Tissue Donation Service is responsible for implementing the Increasing Organ Donation in NSW: Government Plan 2012.
Agency for Clinical Innovation(ACI) Renal Network: One of the priorities of the Network is to identify and address issues impacting on adequate provision of kidney transplantation services.

National reform

Organ and Tissue Authority (OTA): Works with states and territories, clinicians and the community sector to deliver the Australian Government’s national reform programme to improve organ and tissue donation and transplantation outcomes in Australia.

Australia and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant Registry (ANZDATA): Records and reports on patients who have received renal replacement therapy in Australia and New Zealand.
Australia and New Zealand Organ Donation (ANZOD) Registry: Records and reports on the numbers of deceased organ donors and recipients in Australia and New Zealand.; The OTA Performance Reports provide data on progress in implementing the national reform programme.

Transplant Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ): Peak body in Australia and NZ representing clinicians and scientists in the field of organ transplantation.
