Your voice matters

At NSW Health, we are committed to safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for every patient, family, carer and community member.

Provide feedback

Your feedback — whether a compliment, a suggestion or complaint, helps us celebrate what works well and improve where things need to be better.

Giving feedback is always safe

The care you or your loved ones receive will not be affected by giving feedback. All feedback is valued, confidential, and handled with kindness and respect.
We are committed to providing:

  • a personalised and safe environment - for all people, abilities, ages, cultures, religions, languages, bodies, genders, sexualities, and identities
  • cultural safety – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples can request to speak with an Aboriginal Liaison Officer
  • accessibility – interpreters, Easy Read resources and disability supports are available
  • advocacy support – you can ask a family member, carer or advocate to raise feedback on your behalf. Consumer advocacy services can also help you.

Are you or a loved one in hospital now?

We understand that coming to hospital can be a difficult time for you, your family, carers and friends. There are many support services to help you have the best experiences and outcomes of care.

If you have any questions or need help at any time, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We are here for you
