NSW respiratory surveillance reports are prepared weekly and report on influenza, COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses.

The Health Protection Report aims to provide an insight into how public health threats are managed.

NSW is part of the national OzFoodNet surveillance network. These reports cover enteric notifiable diseases, foodborne outbreaks and gastroenteritis outbreaks in institutions.

These data are used to better understand who is at risk of the disease and help plan activities to prevent new infections in the future.
