Guidance for anyone who is self-isolating at home. Under the
Public Health (COVID-19 Self-Isolation) Order, anyone self-isolating at home is legally obliged to comply with the guideline. This guideline does not apply to casual contacts, however it is recommended they follow the factsheet for
NSW Health air transportation guidelines
Guidance for people who provide transportation services to international passengers or crew, declared flight crew members who are driving a private vehicle to their residence and declared flight crew who live in NSW and are self-isolating at home. There is a legal obligation, under the
Public Health (COVID-19 Air Transportation Quarantine) Order, for these transport providers, crew and their employers to comply with the guideline.
NSW guidelines for the onward domestic travel of international aircrew
Guidance for flight crew who are residents of an Australian state or territory other than NSW, who plan to travel onwards to their home jurisdiction after having been in a country other than Australia or New Zealand in the previous 14 days. Under the
Public Health (COVID-19 Air Transportation Quarantine) Order, flight crew are legally obliged to comply with the guideline.
Interstate traveller guidelines
Guidance for interstate travellers who have been in an interstate
place of high concern and are currently in NSW, or are transiting through NSW to the ACT. Under the
Public Health (COVID-19 Interstate Travellers) Order, these travellers are legally obliged to comply with the guidelines.
Appropriate personal protective equipment for maritime workers
Guidance on the recommended level of personal protective equipment (PPE) to be worn by seaport workers. Under the
Public Health (COVID-19 Maritime Quarantine) Order 2021, crew disembarking the vessel to undertake essential tasks, as well as persons permitted to board a vessel must comply with the NSW Health Guidelines. This guideline does not apply to vessels originating in Australia, that have not stopped at a port outside of Australia, and where each person boarded the vessel in Australia, and no one on the vessel has been outside of Australia or New Zealand in the previous 14 days.
