The
NSW Health Accessible Communications Policy has been developed together with key stakeholders across NSW Health, consumers and those with lived experience.
Accessible communication means making sure all people understand the information NSW Health is sharing.
The policy directive aims to support all NSW Health staff in developing communication materials that are accessible to consumers.
“Everyone can play a part in addressing health literacy.”
