This publication presents the competency framework to support the NSW Aboriginal Population Health Training Initiative. The framework is intended to guide both the workplace activities and projects that trainees do, along with the review and assessment activities that are conducted within the Initiative. The framework is designed to be flexible because trainees' placements will require them to work across a range of population health issues, community groups and settings.
