Workplace Relations leads system-wide industrial relations for the health system, including negotiating and determining wages and employment conditions for the NSW Health Services and the conduct of industrial cases in the NSW Industrial Commission.

The branch is responsible for human resource and workplace health and safety policy for the health system and administers the Health Executive Service and manages the Ministry’s human resources strategy providing information and advice to managers and employees on all employment issues.
