This toolkit is intended for use by all clinicians working in NSW Health Local Health Districts (LHDs) to facilitate embedding immunisation into routine healthcare for patients. This includes patients being vaccinated through the course of routine care, in targeted clinics or though in-reach and outreach clinics.
