Ms Pearce is an experienced executive within government, not for profit and higher education agencies with a focus on transformative change, increased efficiency and achieving strategic objectives through collaboration. Her achievements have been mainly in the health sector and in the tertiary education sector. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), University of Wollongong, Certified Practicing Accounting Program, Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and Juris Doctor (postgraduate law graduate), University of Technology Sydney.
