Peter Carter has a background in healthcare strategy, planning, innovation and management. He has been CEO of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua) and a Board member of ISQua. Peter is active in a range of healthcare organisations, both national and international.
