Service planning and performance monitoring

Mental health service planning is based on state priorities and local needs. The NSW Health Performance Framework is used to monitor safety and quality of service delivery.

The Mental Health Line is a 24-hour telephone service. You can call any time day or night. A trained counsellor can help and refer you to services and programs.
