This document sets out the state-wide requirements for the clinical and non-clinical service model for Suicide Prevention Outreach Teams.
The requirements contain basic components of the service model that have been co-designed by local health districts, people with lived experience of suicide, community organisations and suicide prevention experts. They are to be used in district level co-design processes to inform the development of local service models.
