Screening, which includes temperature testing, checking for visible symptoms and questions about history, is also in place at regional and metropolitan airports.
All passengers who arrive have their temperature checked, and are asked questions about both their health, their travel in Victoria, if they are from a Victorian hot spot, and their reasons for travel.
Any passengers who display any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, are tested for the virus and directed to self-isolate.
Any passenger who is identified as coming from a hot spot and does not meet the very strict eligibility for travel are directed to NSW Police officers.
None of these travelers have yet been identified as positive for COVID-19.
