NSW Health has also revised the advice for the following previously announced venue. Anyone who attended the Sydney Marina Dine In & Take Away (Indian and Malaysian Restaurant) at 120 Pendle Way, Pendle Hill, is now considered a casual contact and must get tested immediately and self-isolate until you receive a negative result. You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again.

Fragments of the virus that causes COVID-19 have today been detected in a sewage treatment plant at Northmead.

This catchment takes sewage from Merrylands West, Greystanes, South Wentworthville, Merrylands, Westmead, Wentworthville, Pendle Hill, Northmead, North Rocks, Parramatta and Constitution Hill.

NSW Health is aware of positive COVID-19 cases who live in this catchment but is asking everyone in the area to be especially vigilant in monitoring for symptoms, and if they appear get tested and isolate immediately.

There are more than 350 COVID-19 testing locations across NSW, many of which are open seven days a week. To find your nearest clinic visit COVID-19 testing clinics or contact your GP.

NSW Health urges anyone in NSW with even the mildest symptoms, such as headache, fatigue, cough, sore throat or runny nose, to come forward immediately for testing, then isolate until they receive a negative result.

A complete list of venues of concern, and the related health advice, is available on the NSW Health website.
