NSW Health has been notified of a number of new and updated venues of concern and public transport routes associated with confirmed cases of COVID‑19, and a sewage detection.

Fragments of the virus that causes COVID-19 were detected at the sewage treatment plant in Molong in western NSW. This catchment serves about 1,700 people. NSW Health is aware of a case in the Molong area, however this case does not live within the catchment.

NSW Health is concerned that the detection could signal undetected cases in the community and asks people in these areas to be alert for any symptoms that could signal COVID 19, including sore throat, runny nose, cough, fever or headache. If symptoms appear, please isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.

Anyone who attended the following venues at the times listed is a close contact and must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result, and call 1800 943 553 unless they have already been contacted by NSW Health. Please get tested even if you have had a test in recent days:
