The Nursing and Midwifery Virtual Showcase is a fantastic opportunity to hear from your NSW Health colleagues sharing their innovative, nursing and midwifery-led projects.

The Showcase is daily from 1:30pm to 3pm for three days from 22 to 24 September.

Gather your colleagues and be inspired by a stellar collection of presentations.

The Showcase themes are Ignite, Inspire, and Influence and the presentations will focus on:

partnering with patients and communities
creating experiences that matter
building adaptive leadership, and
harnessing innovation.

1:55-2:15pm	A hybrid Aged Care Outreach Service and ED Avoidance – Let's Keep Them at Home! The MNCLHD Integrated and Virtual Care team implemented an innovative hybrid Aged Care Outreach Service (ACOS), using a multi-disciplinary team to deliver care into Residential Aged Care Homes. Over 500 episodes of care have been provided. Partnering with NSWA, RACH's and consumers led to directly avoiding attendance at the local ED.
