The resource supports the NSW Ministry of Health’s commitment to growing the Aboriginal workforce across the public health sector and also offers information on career opportunities in health and advice to new starters.

NHS Inclusive Recruitment contains a suite of five useful videos developed by NHS Employers that focus on the importance of providing workplace support for staff with disabilities.

My Health Learning: Promoting Inclusive Healthcare: LGBT is a learning resource comprised of a suite of four videos that address improving healthcare outcomes for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people by enhancing their experiences when engaging with the NSW public healthcare system. NSLHD Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy follows broad consultation and ultimately proposes to encourage respect and understanding regardless of identity or circumstance. This plan consolidates the good work already being done across NSLHD, and also challenges NSLHD to be ambitious in identifying what else can be done. It invites and empowers staff to reflect on the importance and inter-relationship of diversity, inclusion and belonging, and to be active, consistent and intentional when building a more diverse, welcoming and accepting organisation.
