In May 2011 everyone who worked for NSW Health was invited to take part in a census survey to provide feedback on their experiences and views on their workplace culture.

The survey was named YourSay, and a total of 31,493 responses were received from staff, volunteers and contractors who were working for NSW Health at the time of completing the survey.

Full and summary reports are available for organisations that comprised NSW Health at the time of completing the survey. These results will be used to guide local discussions and action planning to continue to improve the workplace culture in each of our facilities to assist us in providing the best possible health care to the people of New South Wales.

A guide on reading the facility report has been developed in both (A3) (poster size) and (A4) size.
