​​NSW Health has established a register for people with acute rheumatic fever (ARF) and rheumatic heart disease (RHD) to improve the long-term clinical care and follow-up of these patients. The register is a voluntary register and consent should be sought using the appropriate consent form and other resources below to ensure patients are making an informed decision.​
