NSW Health would like to understand the experience of Pasifika people and families with acute rheumatic fever (ARF) or rheumatic heart disease (RHD).
English
Samoan | Gagana Sāmoa
Tongan | Lea faka-Tonga
By sharing stories and experiences, NSW Health aims to improve the way we care for Pasifika people and families who are diagnosed with ARF and RHD.
We are asking Pasifika people and families with ARF or RHD to participate in a conversation with a Pasifika health worker to talk about your family's experience. You are welcome to bring other people with you. The conversation can be in English, Samoan, or Tongan.
An $80 gift card will be provided by NSW Health as a thank you for your time.
Your decision to participate or not, will not affect the care you or your family receives.
