Programs and services

• Munch & Move supports the healthy development of children from birth to 5 years by promoting physical activity, healthy eating and reduced screen time. The program offers training and resources to educators working in NSW early childhood education and care services.
• Go4Fun is a free 10-week program for NSW children aged 7 to 13 years and their families. Spend quality time as a family, have fun, and learn ways to create healthy habits together. Available face-to-face, online, and as a tailored program for Aboriginal families.
• Aboriginal Go4Fun is a free, culturally adapted program for Aboriginal children aged 7 to 13 and their families, delivered in partnership with Aboriginal organisations and trained health professionals.
