The Family Referral Services (FRS) Program Guidelines form part of the FRS Restated Agreements between FRS providers and NSW Health for the delivery of FRS services. The FRS Program Guidelines provide policy and operational guidance and a set of service standards to clarify the requirements and expectations of NSW Health and to promote quality, consistency, transparency and accountability in service delivery.
