This five minute film seeks to remind us that small acts of kindness can make all the difference to patients and their families, especially since most come into contact with the health system during a traumatic or challenging stage of their lives. The film is the brainchild of the Nursing and Midwifery Office who saw an opportunity during conversations about their own experiences in the NSW healthcare system.
