I am still a little unclear around capital funding and fittings. Is it that, there is little or no funding available through the Grant for lease of property and office fit out for say, a new service?

Minor costs for establishing new services (a minor office fit out for example) can be included in the proposed budgets. Lease of premises can be included in the budget as a standard cost. Additionally, the Ministry of Health has funded the Network of Alcohol and Drug Agencies (NADA) to deliver a $5.8 million infrastructure grant opportunity for NGO funded by NSW Health to deliver AOD services. The scheduled opening of the infrastructure grant opportunity is May 2023.
