Tobacco smoking is a leading preventable cause of morbidity and premature death in NSW. The NSW Tobacco Strategy 2012-2021 sets out the NSW Government’s framework for addressing smoking and tobacco related harm in NSW. Implementation of the NSW Tobacco Strategy is supported by the NSW Health Tobacco Strategy Work Plan 2019-2021.
