*Please note that the total fee payable depends on the schedule of medicines or poisons included in your licence application. For example, if you are applying for a wholesale licence for Schedule 2, 3, 4 and Schedule 8 medicines, your total fee will be the sum of item 1 and item 9, i.e. $1650 + $2930.
