Shared Understanding Project recommendations report - summary

Health service delivery is evolving and we need to prepare our system for the years ahead. As part of this, the way we engage with communities, staff and partners shapes confidence in healthcare planning and delivery. For new models of care to succeed, people need to understand them, trust them and feel their perspectives have been genuinely considered.

Feedback from statewide consultation was reported in the Shared Understanding Project consultation insights report and led to 23 recommendations. Five workstreams, aligned to Future Health and other reform, will support the implementation of the recommendations.
