FWLHD has referral pathways to South Australia and within NSW. In cases where a South Australian facility does not have the required clinical services or is unable to accommodate the FWLHD patient, referral to NSW destinations is to follow existing referral pathways to Western NSW, Western Sydney, Nepean Blue Mountains and Sydney local health districts. Paediatric patients are to be referred to the Sydney Children's Hospital Network.
