NSW Health is committed to supporting the growth of the Aboriginal health workforce to make sure health services are culturally safe for Aboriginal people and communities to access and use. Development of the rural and regional health workforce is also a priority.

Vocational training pathways

While university study is mandatory for some careers, there are other training pathways for a range of roles at NSW Health.
