Judith Meppem Scholarships 12 February 2018 27 April 2018 Provides an opportunity for nurses and midwives to undertake a study tour to observe and learn about innovative and best practice in nursing and or midwifery. The Judith Meppem Scholarships are valued up to AUD12,000 each.
Innovation Scholarships 19 March 2018 30 April 2018 Awarded to nurses and midwives across the state to drive innovation and excellence in care in areas of the public health system.

Postgraduate Scholarships ​26 November 2018 01  March 2019 Available to permanent full-time or part-time registered nurses or registered midwives employed and currently working in the NSW public health system, to assist with educational expenses directly associated with postgraduate study.
Postgraduate Scholarships for the Applied Mental Health Studies course ​10 September 2018 23 November 2018​ ​Available to permanent full-time or part-time registered nurses employed in mental health services and currently working in the NSW public health system, to assist with educational expenses directly associated with postgraduate study in the Applied Mental Health Studies course.
Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) Scholarships

NSW Health, in partnership with TAFE NSW and NSW Health RTO, is offering scholarships for the Diploma of Nursing program at locations across NSW. Scholarships include course costs and employment as an EN on graduation and registration (subject to standard recruitment processes).

Rhodanthe Lipsett
Midwifery Postgraduate Scholarship

NSW Health and the Aboriginal Nursing and Midwifery Strategy is pleased to announce a partnership with the Rhodanthe Lipsett Indigenous Midwifery Trust, sharing the common goal to increase the number and support the retention of Aboriginal midwives in NSW. One scholarship of $15,000 will awarded each year to an Aboriginal midwife employed in NSW Health to undertake post graduate studies to further develop the skills most relevant to their midwifery area of practice. This scholarship also includes full registration to the next annual Congress of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Nurses & Midwives (CATSINaM) conference.

Re-entry scholarships are a NSW Government initiative to help previously registered or enrolled nurses and registered midwives re-enter the NSW public health system.
