  1. You are successful and have been offered a position at a particular hospital.
  2. You have been placed on the Eligible Applicants’ Bank for allocation if positions become available.
  3. You are not successful in this recruitment process. You are welcome to apply to future recruitment opportunities.

Successful applicants

If you are successful, you will receive a second email Tuesday 20 August 2024 from NSW Health Careers containing the web link for you to accept or decline the offer.

You will need to accept the offer online by Friday 23 August 2024 or the offer will be withdrawn.

You can also accept or decline the offer via the recruitment system for NSW Health employees or Candidates external to NSW Health.

Go to My Applications, enter your username and password to access your job profile. Click on the job title to open up tasks for this job and to access the offer. For instructions on how to accept and print your letter of offer, please refer to  Recruitment and Onboarding - Accepting and printing your Letter of Offer.

Employment contracts (letter of offer) will be forwarded to you via an online link by 27 September 2024.

 

You must accept the offer by the due date

Acceptance of offer, verbal or written, to the employer will not be accepted.

You cannot commence employment as a postgraduate midwifery student if you are not enrolled in an approved university program. To enrol at university, you will be asked to provide a copy of your employment contract.

Eligible Applicants’ Bank

If you have been placed on the Eligible Applicants’ Bank, you are eligible for employment but have not been allocated a position during first round selections. Employers use the Eligible Applicants’ Bank to fill vacant positions.

Managers are invited to fill vacancies drawing from the Eligible Applicants’ Bank from Monday 2 September 2024. The Eligible Applicants’ Bank remains open until the end of May 2025 or until all positions are filled; whichever occurs first.
